Brian Helgoe is CEO, Founder, and a member of the board of Monarch Landscape Companies. Before founding Monarch Landscape Companies, Brian served as Senior Vice President at ValleyCrest Landscape Companies, where he managed landscape maintenance and construction operations across the United States. Brian also developed and led ValleyCrest’s national operational improvement initiatives. Before joining ValleyCrest, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.
Brian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of California, Riverside and a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
He began his horticulture career at age 18.
